The cosy and private studio is deliberately located in an almost 100-year-old charming house renovated with deep love and feeling with the original beams in the ceiling. I paused. I smelled the lilacs that were finally blooming and became one with them for a few seconds. A micro-break. We meet in online community which means you can be anywhere on our planet! We meet regularly for about 1 hour where we use tools to unwind and get in sync with ourselves through meditation, reflection, writing, conscious movement and relaxation. I facilitate the hour, which is held in respect of what comes up in the group right then and there to practice mindfulness in its strongest power.
A membership also offers the opportunity to get special prices on offers and events, retreats and more.
The price is 222 SEK per month and you can leave whenever you want. Subsidised rates are available for those who are struggling financially.
